Terms & Conditions
Completion of the booking form and /or payment is deemed to be acceptance of the terms and conditions of booking.
We are unable to accept bookings from groups of persons of all one sex or groups of 21 years or under.
Overcrowding is not allowed, if this occurs the site owners may ask you to leave the site. Any payments made for hire of caravan will not be refunded.
These are the rules of the site owners and the caravan owner and must be adhered to.
Deposits are to be paid within five days of receiving the booking form. The deposit payment is non refundable.
Full payment for the holiday must be paid six weeks prior to your holiday start date. Should you book your
holiday less than six weeks to your start date then the full amount is payable.
A refundable £50 bond is payable when booking a caravan. This is due with the balance payment to cover any loss
or damage to the caravan and/or its contents. Also covered by this bond is non return of keys.
We reserve the right to retain this amount if the van is not left clean and tidy or upon discovery of any damage or loss.
This will be returned in full if keys have been returned and caravan is left clean and tidy with no loss or damage after your departure.
The £50 bond will be returned to you, if we have received a favourable report from our cleaners, one week after your stay.
Any damage that is discovered on your arrival must be reported to us immediately otherwise you will be held responsible.
Our phone number can be found in the caravan.
If soft furnishings and / or bedding, such as duvets, pillows, mattresses, seating and cushions are found to be soiled / dirty,
your £50 bond will not be returned. You must supply your own duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets and towels
to make sure that soft furnishings remain clean.
Keys to your caravan will be sent to you on receipt of full payment. They can also be collected from us at our home address if you prefer.
Caravan must be vacated by 10am on your departure date, this enables the caravan to be cleaned before the next guests arrive.
Keys should be returned to us by post, or brought back to our home address.
The inventory will be checked by the cleaner each week.
If items are found to be missing, damaged and / or dirty, your £50 bond will not be returned.
The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The hirer is responsible for all the members of the party and must make good any
damage or losses, or breakages to the caravan or its contents during your stay.
We do not allow pets or smoking in our caravan. If dirt caused by pets, or smoking damage or smell is found after your stay your £50 bond will be forfeit.
Any change to the facilities on the site is beyond our control therefore we cannot accept any responsibility for this.
LIABILITY
The safety of children is at the parent/carer's own risk.
The owners are absolved from all liability for accidents to persons hiring the caravan and their guests and from any responsibility for loss or damage to their personal property.
Insurance
The owners strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, losses and cancellations etc.
Damages / breakages must be reported to the owners immediately. This ensures that the caravan is equipped for the next customer.
INFORMATION
The Kingfisher site is a family holiday park and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other
persons will be asked to leave, forfeiting the rest of your holiday. Ball games are not allowed on the caravan park.

All visitors are expected to read and respect the Terms and Conditions during their stay. The owners have the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
CANCELLATION CHARGES:
6-8 weeks 25% of the total cost of the holiday
4-6 weeks 50% of the total cost of the holiday
2-4 weeks 75% of the total cost of the holiday
0-2 weeks 100% of the cost of the holiday.
